Refund policy

Refunds

Under the following limited exceptions, we will process a full refund:

  • If you received a defected or wrong item, you can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order

Or

  • If you never received your order, lost in transit

 

Site Credit

With limited exceptions, you can receive a site credit at Ace’s Couture & Co. through an E-Gift Card due to:

  • Sizing issues*

 

We do not accept returns due to sizing related issues, only exchanges for the same product.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return exchanges.

 

Final Sale / Clearance Items
Items labeled clearance or items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective.

Certain types of orders cannot be returned or refunded, like customized products (such as personalized items)

How to Process a Refund or E-Gift Card

  • All requests must be emailed to hello@acescouture.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery, or if your item has not been received at all.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please include your Order Number, Item(s) Reason for Exchange, or Reason in your email.
  • Please provide us the tracking code of your package so our warehouse team can identify which package belongs to you.
  • Please allow our team 1-3 business days to respond and process your request.
